Hero's card

  • A. Hero's Name.
  • B. Class Icon: Where a non-hero card has one or more class icons, you may only include that card in your deck if your hero shares at least one of those class icons (with Nishaven as Hero, human and neutral factions with Mage class cards can be added in the deck).
  • C. Card Type: This line indicates the card faction, its type and its class (In Nishaven card, these are Human faction, Hero type and Mage class)).
  • D. Card Effect: This area explains any abilities the hero possesses with their cost (In Nishaven card, his ability cost 5 shadow energy points).
  • E. Health
  • F. Shadow Energy: This is where your hero stores his shadow energy points.

Ally's card

  • A. Casting Cost: This is the number of resources you must spend to play this card from your hand.
  • B. Ally's Name
  • C. Class Icon: (The icon shown on Jade of the Forest card is the Hunter icon)
  • D. Card Type: This line indicates the card faction, its type and its class (In Jade of the Forest card, these are Hunter class, Ally type, and Unique).
  • E. Card Effect: This area explains any abilities that the card possesses and its cost, if there is any.
  • F. Attack damage: This is how much damage it will be inflicted on its target when in combat and the type of damage.
  • G. Health
  • H. Set: This lines indicates the Set the card belongs to and its set number.
  • I. Flavor Text: Gives an atmosphere to the card.
  • J. Rarity: Indicates the rarity of the card (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic & Legendary).
  • K. Artist Name: Indicates the artist's name who drew the card's art.

Weapon's card

  • A. Casting Cost: This is the number of resources you must spend to play this card from your hand.
  • B. Weapon's Name.
  • C. Attack damage: This is how much damage it will be inflicted on its target when in combat and the type of damage.
  • D. Durability: This indicates the durability of the weapon. When it drops to 0, the weapon is destroyed and goes to its owner's graveyard.

Armor's card

  • A. Casting Cost: This is the number of resources you must spend to play this card from your hand.
  • B. Armor's Name.
  • C. Durability: This indicates the durability of the armor. When it drops to 0, the weapon is destroyed and goes to its owner's graveyard.
  • D. Defense: The armor reduces successful combat damage to your hero by this amount.

Location's card

  • A. Location's Name.
  • B. Turn Number: Indicates at what turn the location is first allowed to be played (for instance, a card with the indicator "T3" may not be summoned on turns 1 or 2, but may be played on turn 3 or any time after that).
  • C. Abilities for the non-controller's location: Only the non-controller can use this ability.
  • D. Abilities for the controller's location: Only the controller can use this ability.
