Thanks a lot for the write up. A lot of good material.

An interesting tribe, probably this guide will be huge again with the next release.

Actually I once posted a very good idea to help ravangers which will highly boost their weakness instantly
    I called it

Escape of fates 2cc attachment or even 1cc
    Hero attachment
When a ravanger ally is killed it is transferred to an item and not sent to graveyard

That will solve the gap of tempo loss to play an item and same time will create a good drawing engine by combo with meltdown
And give ravangers many items to be destroyed

Actually if implemented now , will end their problems instantly without having to wait for loooong time foe an expansion
While the actually card would need a downside/negative effect to it ( it works too well ), the general notion of it is exactly what Ravagers need.

Great guide Buqs! Ravagers can be dangerous in the right situation but they need a little bit more love to make it to a truly competitive state.

    Thanks for the great guide!

I am not sure whether everybody is already aware of this or whether it is bugged.

Spitfire Hound and Mark oft the Feared work on the same ally. So if you cast Mark of the Feared and remove it with Spitfire Hound you can shoot the same ally with its initial health malus, i.e., kill Raven.

Sure it is still two for one, but it helps Vess who is usually not short in cards and attachments in general.

This really is a great guide to the tribe.

Whilst we have decided not to add new Ravager-related cards to SF now, there are some balance tweaks we are discussing (based on all the community feedback we've heard, the stats we have access to and our own evaluations) that are intended to make them work in the same way (as described so well by Buqs) but with more potency. Of all the tribes, they should be the most threatening and devastating, and they are not at that point yet.

Buqs is right that it takes a lot of skill and strategy to make the best out of them, but that's meant to be the flavor. They are a chaotic force of destruction that could help or harm you, but the motivation of any individual Ravager is clear (destruction) and it's your job as hero to harness that and put the right pieces in place to lead them towards total domination of your opponent.

Stay tuned for forthcoming balance changes once we have decided them!

Why do they have to be the most threatening?? Just because they were the squeaky wheel?

I'd like wulven to stay the most threatening as they are the only tribe related to a class and that's for fairness.
