If wulven takes out the merchant sellIng 1x copies of all cards and focus on just selling booster packs for sc and using the auction feature to use gold to sell foil and non foil cards. Then gold will be useful. For now the gold is useless, hope they implement something to put the gold into good use

This sounds like a good idea in theory but that would lead to players not being able to sell their trash excess cards and would basically kill the idea of buying decks and selling the cards to make a lot of gold. Simply because unlike the merchant, players don't have unlimited demand for every card.

If the merchant didn't exist, some people would need your excess cards in order for them to not use money on booster packs (because booster packs aren't exactly worth the cards inside).

The excess card business is then kept up with booster drafts, sealeds etc. which promote opening sealed product.

There probably should be some incentive for people to actually sell their cards. I don't think I would really bother selling things for gold if I can just grind for gold or don't need it. Selling things for Shadow Crystals, however, could potentially provide the incentive needed for there to be lots of business going on. Or even better, provide a brand new tradable currency that can be bought with SC and potentially used to participate in tournaments (kinda like the Event Tickets in Magic Online).

The incentive to sell your cards for gold is that you can then buy cards that you want for gold (effectively trading a card that you don't want / need for one that you do). Also buying an in-game currency in order to buy an in-game currency sounds unnecessarily complicated. I like the idea of event tickets though.

I hope you guys know that Gondorian already made a thread like this about a year or so ago, and of all the ideas and features in it, I don't think we've seen a single thing.

So, being realistic here, I wouldn't get your hopes up too much with a thread like this since nothing will happen anyway, as usual.

So, being realistic here, I wouldn't get your hopes up too much with a thread like this since nothing will happen anyway, as usual.

- Multiple save-slots per hero, with ability to name your decks (but we can't even name our decks)
- Helpful visual effects - e.g. show who gained stealth/ambush/haste from Lanceicon, show disabled differently to exhausted (We've gotten some, but far from enough)
- Completely eradicate sync errors and turn-timer bugs
