Berdugo has these as well. I think he has one with a Skull head.
The Eyes on the Skull form the eyes, while for the Demon above, the 'horns' are the dice.
This system is great for spectators to keep track of an on-going game, the life is displayed for all to see.
(Of cos, ipad apps are still better, but when your ipad has no batt, this is the best way and it's way cooler)
The dice holders uses 2 x D10 dice and can indicate any number from 00 to 99. (Excellent for Mtg)
(Demon head shows life at 29 while Time contraception device shows 28 life)
These are all hand made and hard to find. Instant collector's items, I would recommend to grab and buy them if you see any on sale.
