Almost every player on the game is a mage because of this reason, including me now so I can compete.

The spells do not need to be changed. I think it is a great strategy, however, there needs to be a defense against them for classes like hunters or wulven (or practically anyone who isn't a spell user). while all our allies are being disabled or wiped out, being able to block spell damage would really help us to weather the storm.

we really really need cards similar to rain delay, but prevent mages/priests from using spells instead of preventing allies from attacking. trap cards that reflect spell attacks back onto the user would be nice also, or ability cards that make spells do -2 damage or something similar.

That is all i think needs to be changed in this game. we just need defensive cards against spell attacks, I don't think anything else really needs to be changed at all. Hopefully a game designer will read this and respond.

Love the game!! Awesome work, and I'm eagerly watching the crowd funding bonuses racking up!! I definitely backed this game, and it's worth it! everyone else should also!

and to ike123tree: it's actually wulven that have the worst armor and weapons (or a severe lack of them).
You've copied and pasted this in two different threads now, And started a whole new thread with it. We get what you're saying.
And about Wulven having the worst weapons and armor... I'll agree with the armor part, but they have some great weapons. JD is very useful with it's resource acceleration, and the teeth are the only weapon in game without durability. Weapons are not the best, but not the worst either. Armor isn't bad, just lacking any choices.
I made pumpkins! Firesnake and Plasma Behemoth.
    I daydream about cards too.

yeah, sorry, trying to get a solution out there, instead of everyone just complaining about it. (wanted to make sure it was seen). as for otto7: it doesn't matter if it removes his own allies as he doesn't need them. when i play as a mage I could care less whether I have allies or not, as long as i'm killing all of his with spells and abilities who cares what happens to mine?

It's exactly what I was talking about. Thing is that old players already got used to this situation, but for a new ones it seems a bit unfair and illogical.

It seems that anybody who played just a little while finds nothing wrong with mages in general.

That's because they're beginning to play mages themselves.
