Jericho Spellbane can't remove all effects [not a bug]

Jericho Spellbane (Human Hero - Priest) can "Remove all attached effects from target". But, he can't remove "Into the Forest" of Banebow (Shadow Hero - Hunter). Is it a bug?

Jericho's ability requires being able to target something; it may target any ally or hero, it doesn't have a specified target. "Into the Forest" states that the Hunter Hero is untargetable. Since the Hero can't be targeted, Jericho can't target "Into the Forest" with his ability. This has been around for a long time, and I believe it is intentional, ie, not a bug. The way around "Into the Forest" is to use something that doesn't have a target phase, such as Mage card "Supernova", Rogue card "Mugged", etc.

That being said, there sometimes are bugs regarding item removal. I just don't think this is one of them.

It is intentional for reasons explained above. The fact that he could remove "Into the Forest" in the past was flagged as a bug, so this is a fix.
