--- this is a BUFF, but is another one that doesnt really matter. i dont see locations being played so much that its worth using this ally to "cast"

--- on paper, this is a BUFF, but is so completely irrelavant. it doesnt even matter. even if there were a ton of cards coming that removed passive abilities... a 3/9 vanilla epic ally, will not see play over other epic allies. compare this to aeon and you see why. the ability NEEDS to be changed back to being based off your opponents SE, not your own.
ll122 - Scriptures of the Departed- Initial durability increased to 2 (from 1).
--- this is a BUFF but not sure it helps at all
ll123 - Moment of Acquiescence- Ability changed to "Duration 3. When this card is destroyed, draw a card. 0SE: Target ability is discarded from your hand: target opposing ally is disabled for 1 turn (and that ally takes 2 arcane damage if you control a Templar ally)." --- not anything, just a wording change, just an extremely delayed cantrip

--- this is a BUFF. good to remove things like shadow knight from your opponents grave or lessen the impact of soul reaper. but not sure it would have that high an impact in that area as it would be a waste of space in a non fire ally deck, still kind of is a waste of space in a fire deck without a decent warped desert. this card WAS fun in a warped desert deck and warped desert decks were only fun decks.
ll144 - Rest for the Weary- Casting cost reduced to 3cc (from 4cc). Ability changed to "If there is a location in play, target ally is moved to the top of its owner's deck. If there are no locations in play, you draw 2 cards and each other player draws 1 card." (from "If there is a location in play, target ally is moved to the top of its owner's deck. Draw 2 cards if there are no locations in play.").
--- this is actually a NERF, yes you reduced casting cost by one, but you gave opponent a card. so bascially that is 1cc draw for your opponent that they do not have to spend.
ll148 - Shadow Cannon- Passive ability added: "When Shadow Cannon
is summoned while you control an Aldmor ally, your hero gains +2 shadow energy."
--- this is a BUFF, but another one that doesnt make all that much difference. you have to play aldmor, the cost of the card is still too much. we will see but i dont think it will see anymore play that it does now
ll181 - Lorhon: Twilight Encampment- Turn Number reduced to T3 (from T5). Controller ability changed to "0SE: Target friendly Twilight ally is killed: Seek a Twilight ally and your hero loses 1 shadow energy." (from "1SE: Target friendly Twilight ally is killed: Seek a Twilight ally.").
--- this is a BUFF... will help twilight make a come back and will get certain players to complain about them again... free seek

--- this is a BUFF, looks good, could be borderline OP since there is no limit on the draw. could help certain decks go above 40 cards.
ll183 - Anmor: Garina Road- Ability replaced with "Allies with cost 4 or greater cost you 1 less resource to summon. 2SE: If you control no allies, seek an ally with cost 4 or greater. // Allies with cost 4 or greater cost you 1 less resource to summon. 0SE: If there are no opposing allies, take control of this location.".
--- this is a BUFF over the current version. look out for priests with this one. i see nerf calls coming again

--- this is a NERF but i will admit, this one was made to look good. but the NC will kill you, no way around it. is a suicide card and i dont see that you will be able to use it and win because it is so extreme.

Non-controller ability changed to "1SE: Target opposing Wulven ally loses all passive abilities until the start of your next turn." --- i am gonna call this a NERF, simply because its a wulven location that only a non-wulven hero would use. might be a problem like it "supposedly" was before.
ll199 - Rankett: Proving Grounds- Turn Number reduced to T3 (from T4). Controller ability changed to "1SE: If an ally gained base attack or health this turn, draw a card and all Homunculus allies gain +1 base attack and +1 health." --- this is a NERF, the opponent is buffed all over the place with this even if they do not have any homunculus allies, they get draw now. it might see some good use though, we will see.

you need more time to release part 2? after almost 3 years? stop messing with them over and over and over and over and get them released. have you even started designing the next set yet or just still messing with LL?

I disagree with many of your takes. Many that you are calling Nerfs, I'd consider Buffs, or at worst reworks that give a different way to utilize a card.
With most of them you did a great job of showing that there is perspective involved when calling a change a nerf or buff. Very subjective.
You can use tar written scroll with warped again with this change.

if you still are changing cards consider changing flame spitter to deal 1 fire damage and 1 poison damage instead. it would be a slight buff with raikka and it is good defense because opponents take 4 damage if they attack it. also if there are future cards maybe attachments that increase ability damage it would work good with flame spitter.
