The reason some of the cards you mention are better than the others is mostly because, as you say, they are class specific. This means they can afford to be a little more powerful than non-class specific cards with same stats/similar ability, because they are restricted to a narrower card pool. For example if
Yari Bladedancer
was just a generic Human ally like
Puwen
it would be too good, and clearly outright better than
Puwen
. But since it is a Warrior-only card it is fine for it to have the ability, cause there are only the 7 Warrior heroes who can use it, as opposed to the 16 Human heroes who can potentially use
Puwen
.
