That same argurment can be tweaked to show how it would benefit the game...in the end to Mulligan or not to Mulligan is not an objective arguement its pure opinion. I personally think it could boost combo decks and who wouldn't wanna see more deck styles out there

I would to post a comment on this thread I played ccg for more then 20 years and i played with the mulligan so many time and if your doing an odds calculation to redraw your hand with 1 card less it is never a good idea even more so on a game like shadow era where hand size and draw engine are crucial. If you wanna do a mulligan where you can redraw your full hand it might look good but like some one else said on this thread it will favourite rush deck and it will low down deck building skills. So i don't agree with the mulligan

How about both players start with 6 cards as usual.
Player 1 is asked to mulligan, he doesnt have to, if he won't he will be able to start
Player 2 now has the option to mulligan.
If player 1 did not mulligan, he will always start. If player 1 did mulligan and so did player 2, player 1 will start. If player 1 used mulligan and player 2 did not, player 2 will start.
Game now proceeds as usual.
Why? Being allowed to start is a great deal in this game. This way an advantage is given to the player that would normally not start by choosing whether he wants to start or not if player 1 uses mulligan. If player 1 does not mulligan, player 2 still has the free option to mulligan.
i'm fine with the mulligan idea, but i think both players should have to mulligan before the first player takes their turn.
Any news on this or Wulven is still busy celebrating New Year?
Wulven IS currently working on implementing a mulligan feature but it's entirely up to debate how it's going to play out.
