Just Signed Up Need Advice

I just signed up for an account and am up to the choose your hero screen. I need advice on picking a starter deck and making it stronger. I used to play MTGO before and i played a white mana deck(cheap creatures, think zergling rush). I also play that type of deck in another Tyrant the tcg mmo on kongrogate. I am going to be buying a $20 crystal pack to help me get to a good start. If anyone could give me some advice on where to begin, it would be greatly appreciated.

It's a good idea to read them all though, you'll learn a lot. There are many good decks in the strategy-sections of this forum, have a look at those aswell.

Thanks, I've decided to go with a shadow mage deck. I found a nice simple one here that i would like to build. I figured out so far that i would need to purchase a shadow mage and elemental starter deck as well as a few cards found in the starter deck to get 4 of the required cards. However how would i get the cards not found in the starter decks? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can buy any card from the merchant for gold (prices differ).
