Hey guys, for anyone who still hasn't received their orders there has been some kind of problem with some of the orders not having a name associated with them. I e-mailed the Wulven support & a guy called Brandon at alliance & they've now sorted mine, but everyone who still hasn;t got their cards - this is probably the reason why. Send an e-mail to Wulven support to check if this affects your orders also.

    1. what do you mean only covered by one guy?
    2. Wulven has gotten a massive amount of inquiries regarding people's orders. Realise that it might take some time for them to get to everyone. To my knowledge, they've been trying to contact alliance, but alliance hasn't told them much.

@Ekoz, you must realize, Wulven is simply their customer, just as they are our customer. They call them and get the quoted blurb just like we email Wulven and get the standard blurb. The contract is already under way, so there is no way to turn back. The only thing they get at this point is a can you speed things up...response, we have sent out x orders so far, should be done this week...repeat rinse wash. On the bright side, they should really be done this week at the rate they have been sending them.

i'm not saying the shipping issues are all wulven's fault. i'm saying that from all the customer support issues and contact snafus with alliance that the amount of man-power they've been putting into both areas so far hasn't been enough. have they tried? certainly. but it just hasn't been enough. it's apparent they need more man power on both ends - physical product management and customer support.

alliance is just as faulty for not throwing an adequate amount of man-power into this operation. finger's not only being pointed at wulven.

I don't know where this rumor came from but Alliance Game Distributors does not have one person handling the roll-out for Shadow Era. Apparently they have also pulled staff from their other projects to address the delays.

Updates on the pre-order were provided more frequently before because Alliance Game Distributors kept the line of communication open and provided us with the info as they should have. As packages were shipped out, we were not kept informed with things like tracking number, scheduling, etc. However, have been corresponding with them on a daily basis since the 10th and will be actively involved to better coordinate and manage the roll-out. I'll be posting an update thread with more pertinent information on this soon, after I catch up on the forum.

Being in production and logistics myself I expected pretty much all the delays.

What I will blame Wulven for is lack of information....ESPECIALLY for those that did the preorder. In this case it is more then just buying cards early we literally helped fund the release. So in a way we feel just as tied to the product as the company. The lack of information feels like a slap. Intentional or not.

The information did not have to be public. If they are contemplating another round of preorders for expansions and such like this one, I suggest creating a distro list for early backers, or even a private forum. Bad news doesn't get better with time. I for one would rather know I am waiting another month then be on pins and needles every day wondering if today is the day.

This may sound like a silly question but given what you wrote, it doesn't seem like it so I'll have to ask: did you read the comment I posted above yours?

For further updates, refer to this thread that I posted recently.

I ordered in February... I think thats what my last email said. Three friends who live in the same state as me (not too far from AGD) ordered after I did and they all recieved their booster box orders on the same day, exactly 1 week ago. I'm assuming that I am probably one of the orders that was messed up. Is it worth emailing, or is this be resolved on its own?
