Those who have not received their starter decks/ orders,Beware!!!

I'm starting to get nervous now. I received my starter deck came in over a week ago and received my 2 booster boxes on monday which completed my order. I have a friend that also ordered a booster box but hadn't received it yet. So I gave him one of mine and he would give me his when it comes in the mail.

Well that was on Monday and his booster box that is now mine still hasn't come in yet and we only live 15 min away from each other. I tired to be a nice guy and now all I get is being stressed out thinking there was a problem with his order.

There are plenty of booster boxes that have not arrived yet. Did your friend order before or after you? Each product is being sent in the order they were ordered.

I ordered my first booster box I wanna say in April and my 2nd booster box like 2 days before the pre-order ended. I received them both on the same day this past monday. I'm not sure exactly when he ordered his but I know it was after I ordered my first booster box.

Just an fyi, I havent received any boosters yet and I have ordered several. I am in CA and reached out to get my tracking info (not really tracking info because nothing is tracked, but proof of delivery package numbers). Just saying. I know its coming and being in CA,.. if I havent got my stuff (shipped out last week), overseas dudes probably won't have their stuff for another week.

Keep in mind, since a few of us name/email dropped Brandon,.. he has probably been spending a good chunk of his day replying to emails and taking calls. The more we call/email him, the less stuff is getting shipped. Keep that in mind.

If he's been spending a good chunk of his day answering emails, and he's the only guy doing the dispatching, then he's an idiot.

this entire issue could be fixed with ~4 extra employees. 2 extra men on support and 2 handling physical production and shipping. yes it would be hard to find willing participants and finaggling the budget to accomodate but it would only help the company in the long run.

it's a damn shame wulven didn't see these weaknesses from a buisness standpoint earlier and fix them. but what's passed is past - you can only look foreward, and if wulven's future DOESN'T include some extra employees, then that would be the apex of shame: not learning from mistakes.
