    And since 200 extra shadows were given for all players, even for those who didn't pay a dolar. So it's hard to call it any recompensation for those who pay some $$ and lost them.

    I too spent $20 and purchased a lot of packs and I had at least 4 Aeon Stormcallers (I know they were at least 4 because I had 4 in my deck, I might have 5 or 6 can't remember) now I have 3 Aeon Stormcallers. Bad santa, I remember I had 2-3 now I have 1.

    Even my deck was changed. Lost a game because my deck was reverted back and wasn't the deck that I saved last time I played.

    I have the majority of my cards, but I'm not sure how many I am missing now (I know I am missing quite a lot of 'em).

    I sent an email with the transaction ID of my purchase and within 45 minutes I had my 1300 crystals back plus the 200 for free... So good job Support

    I did send an email to support@shadowera.com about 5 hours ago but I didn't get anything back.....I haven't receive my transaction ID from I-tones yet....so what can I do?

    Without the transaction ID I don't know if you can do anything:/ You need the receipt to verify that you bought the crystals.

    This happened at the worst possible time. I can't imagine the pressure on the staff. They had to deal with the bugs, and now comes this. I wish this is the last setback you have to deal with.

    I lost my Ter Adun build I was testing. Minorly annoying because I had tweaked it like 5 times last night. Hardly world ending.
