    My deck is having a particularly hard time against DarkClaw ally-less decks. One opponent managed to play Evil Ascendant, Lone Wolf, SpeedStrike, and Teeth in the first few rounds, and the game was basically over: the EA eats away at my allies, the Lone Wolf heals 2 damage per turn for his Hero (very strong card that), my ability is useless, and his ability both hides him and gives his teeth more power. And then he came with with Shadow Feint, Rabid Bite, Now your Mine, and Regeneration...

    I'm too stubborn to let go of Boris just yet, so I'm making some adjustments:
    - Against Darkclaw I won't play Blood Frenzy until I'm sure he's not using an ally-less strategy. To beat a DC who uses this strategy takes *time*, and BF both hurts my hero and makes me run out of cards too fast. So against DC I'm sacking the BFs (but not the enrages!). Possibly adding Bad Santas to compensate for the reduced card flow
    - Adding Good Ascendant to counter Evil Ascendant
    - Adding Smashing Blows to smash DC's teeth

    I also have to add cards that can do Big Damage, to overcome the +2 Healing each and every turn. Still thinking about that one. Possiblities:
    - Aegon + Earthen Protector
    - Armored Sandworm, at least he's immune to Evil Ascendant
    - Raven

    Any thoughts or comments are very welcome! Will try some stuff out and post the resulting deck in a few days.

      Best way to piss off a wulven user - 4 sandworms. I know cause im a wulven user. No need to bother with good ascendant, bad ascendant is useless vs sandworms. Wulven users wont waste attacks on sandworms either. Just make sure you have retreat to remove captured prey. This is good at least versus no ally wulven decks

      Thanks for the advice! I was already contemplating the Sandworms, but using Retreat on your own allies to remove attached cards hadn't occurred to me yet. I will try it out and post the results later.

      Yh like he said, use sandworms and retreat, build up army of a few sandworms,and have some shriekhs and blood lust in your deck, don't let the player know that you contain those cards and then when they use rain delay or full moon, then destroy it and doo all out damage. I would keep good ascendant since its good effect and can destroy evil ascendant without using shriekh. wulven players hate armour aswell. Destroy bazaar aswell since DC players rely heavily on it.

      Misplaced is really the only card available to human warriors that addresses item removal. Smashing Blow is great, but only for weapons and armor.

      But my current deck works fine against the "pure" ally-less Darkclaw, even without misplaced. The only condition is that the fourth Smashing Blow is not the very last card in the deck, so you can't be milled. But for the rest it's really a no-brainer. The only cards that are essential are the Sandworms, Smashing Blows, and Retreats to remove the Captured Prey from the Sandworms. Enrage is sometimes necessary if he gets speedstrike early. You sack the rest, and as soon as you have the 4th Smashing Blow, you wait...

      Yes, Misplaced might be useful to remove things like Rain Delay to allow me to get some hits in. I'll probably include one or two now. I'm rather reluctant to include 4x Smashing Blow though since I haven't felt I need it that much against other heroes.

      Edit: Make it 3 Misplaced, nothing worse than having 10+ guys out, getting rain delayed and my one Misplaced being in the last 3 cards (just happened).
