Paid for SD but nothing happened ?

So i decided to buy some shadow crystals and it has been charged to my credit card but i have nothing in return.

No transaction confirmation no nothing form super rewards.

This is the first time I've tried buying something from a game and it fails?

Anyone know who can i talk to regarding this issue?

Inform them your email login and in game game name/game handle.

How long does they usually take to respond?

Alright. got the crystals now. Don't bother contacting support@shadowera.com . They won't bother to reply you.

Just send a email to super rewards support team regarding your issue and it should be fix.

I dropped them a message about 15 mins ago and they replied me just now and i got my SD.

Super Rewards suck badly at times. I thought we were moving away from using them, but I guess not yet.

1. Go here: http://game.shadowera.com/buycrystals.php
2. Enter your email address for your account.
3. Follow the "here" link where it says "For any issues with receiving your Shadow Crystals, please click here." (that link is specific to your SE account).

I actually emailed SE's support team and super rewards team. No positive feedback yet. Getting a little worried here. I don't want to stop playing shadow era just because of this failed purchase but it really sucks. My first purchase of the US$20 pack went smoothly so I decided to purchase the US$50 pack today only to find out that it wasn't credited to my account. Hope you understand where I am coming from.
