Three turns is a lot imo. Especially in the late game you can summon the whole graveyard for three turns.
Bilateral is weird because you probably would want counters to those allies not just play your own allies also that would make this card very situational.
I think for one turn you can do a lot with Feedback

I like it, but I agree 3 turns is too strong,
I made pumpkins! Firesnake and Plasma Behemoth.

For the turn when you cast it? So in order to bring back a gargoyle from the grave, you'd cast this for 3cc and then have to pay 3cc again for the gargoyle to cast it? Not really worth it in my opinion. With feedback, you'd need 6cc still to be able to re-cast a PB or SK.
With feedback you can return 2 3cc allies from the grave at 6 res, say Garg and DMT

Yes, but considering that you dont always have feedback when you play this card, I think you have to treat the card separetly too. I mean at 6 res, you can cast one 3cc card and at 8 res you can cast one 5cc card? So IMO, I dont think that any more than one turn is OP because why have this card when you can just play the 5cc card and it is only good in mid to late game... Just saying, yes 3 would be OP but 1...meh.

Well this kind of card is good for feedback only because if you make it good for not feedback too, then feedback would be OP with this card.
