Outlaw is a new ally alignment that first appeared in the Campaigns set. They currently comprise of all neutral allies, with the appearance of thieves (they appear somewhat similar to Rogues, but are a separate group). Their effects tend to involve resource gains and killing or dealing damage to allies.
