Just an FYI for all of you who are chasing the win streak this month. I had to send the following notice to a particular player who will remain unnamed, and thought it would be wise to let everyone else understand what should be common sense.
Here is the message:
"Hey, just letting you know, it has been reported that you have been exploiting the "game too short" code to avoid competing with serious competitors. The code is in place to make up for the lag time between when a game starts for one player and when it starts for another player. When you exit a game before the game starts, it is not intended to end your streak. however, if you are using this function to eliminate the possibility of bad matchups or avoid highly rated players, that is cheating.
I am telling you this because while it seems common sense, you could be taking unfair advantage (cheating) without realizing it."
