game already in progress

Well today this has happened to me like 3 or 4 times already as opposed to never happening before, I press the battle button and gives me the error "game already in progress... wait for time out" I go back to challenge screen and i can see that i am indeed in a game but I have no way to access it. I'm afraid this might be costing me some score.

Usually happens after changing and saving deck, going to challenge screen, press battle button.

This also happens to me when I rage-quit or try to cherry-pick my match ups.

...But I don't see much sympathy for me about that...

Another crazy thing happens when you press the battle too fast after loading the challenge screen. I ended up playing against myself. BP egatemi vs BO egatemi...
When leaving the game I have seen my game in progress against another player and the same error massage after starting a new game or trying to join my existing game.

I do think this is related to pressing the battle button too fast, doing it before the "contact server" window disappears almost automatically will trigger this error.
