Playmat refund?

dunno if this question was raised or not before, sorry if i make someone repeat same thing again

so here's the story, i was drunk one night and went on a shopping spree, bought some playmats and some sleeves, one of them was Carmilla's playmat, then after three or four beers i decided to buy Carmilla's playmat, in the morning i had two, i hated seeing 2x near that playmat and i'm happy that 2,86 removed one of them, but i haven't got my 300 crystals back, now i don't mind losing them, but if there's a way, i'd love to have a chance to invest them elsewhere.

I don't see why you should be able to buy multiples of sleeves and playmats. If anything, once you own a copy, it should prevent you from buying more and simply grey out the Purchase Option with "Owned"

Would make remembering what all you owned much easier while browsing for some new goodies

+1 to this, but it wouldn't have helped me in my situation.

When the playmats first came out, I bought a few.. being conservative because they are so costly. A couple weeks later, I get 10 different playmats added to my account (owed to me for being a kickstarter backer, I suppose). Of course the ones I bought were some of the ones added for free, so I completely wasted my crystals on them. Oh well I guess.

I would probably never get a refund but I bought mine by accident: I did some offers until I had 200SC and went to buy my first playmat - anyone who knows me and my style knows I like loud and colourful preferably shadow, anyways while browsing on phone (where I always play) the menu slowed down so I had tapped to go back from a preview of a mat and nothing happened I did wait a while not long but not immediate unfortunately when I tapped again that's when I had pressed buy on the mat I was like noooooooo the mat is so serene and plain argh. And the other day I did loads of offers and got no SC :/
