is practically unplayable as is so I wouldn't be worried about that.

Well it acts as mulligan, so giving the chance to mulligan makes that card even useless.

I don't find it completely unplayable as for now,

If it acts as a mulligan, I don't think the card is designed right.

Mulligan with no penalty or no mulligan at all.

If not, than a nice shuffle button before the game would work also.

You get to get a new hand before the game starts. Some games let you do it at the cost of one card each time. So if you don't like your hand you can re draw but only 5 cards.

-1 no mulligans, are there mulligans in any standard card game? Not poker, unless it's draw, really part of the difficulty of SE is dealing with the cards your delt.

In Poker you play quite a bit more hands over the course of a tournament.
