    card ideas

    I came up with a few ideas for cards that let you exchange the various resources and commodities in the game (If anything like this has been posted before, sorry...)
    Please note that the casting costs and such are just an indicator of course, it will all depend on for which class the cards would be made, how strong they turn out to be, etc

    title: meditate / self reflection
    cost: 1
    effect: your hero gains 2 shadow energy; draw a card
    (the idea is, your hero takes some rest and time to meditate, and comes out stronger)

    title: -
    cost: 1
    effect: until end of turn, you may use your hero's shadow energy as though they were resources

    -3-
    title: personal sacrifice
    cost: 2
    effect: ongoing effect, you may use your hero's life points as resources or shadow energy

    -4-
    title: pact with the devil
    cost: 2
    effect: ongoing effect, pay 2 life to draw a card

    -5-
    title: mana rain
    cost: 2
    effect: both players gain 3 resources
    (this is not a reference to MTG, rather a biblical reference--maybe nice for the priest class?)
