Embers of the Just, Jericho deck

ETC Veles - TJ Satanaitis 2 games played today, both had to be ended in a draw.

It's hard to explain exactly where and what went wrong, g1 i played Embers on my opponents Seductress and targeted it with my ability, then played it again but i just started floating near my hand.

g2 i targeted opponents Viska and used Disrupt Aura on Embers, it went back to my hand and started doing weird things, Embers 4 dmg went off it my hand, and then it all went wrong.

finally don't know if returning to hand counts as "target and destroy", but if it doesn't then Lingering Essence and Embers of the Just shouldn't work with Disrupt Aura

One of my guild mate notices the same bug.
And I remember returning a Treasured Heirloom to hand doesn't trigger the drawing effect?
