    I would prefer using SCs instead of gold for one main reason. Gold is actually easy to get in my opinion. Now imagine those players with 6 million gold manipulating the auction and possibly hoarding the cards.

    From my experience of playing games with auctions, there are usually two scenarios.
    Game A has the potential for players to get items that are not easily accessible. So let's say item kryptonite is rare that people will pay 10k gold for it or however much because they need it, this is pretty much a supply and demand scenario. So sometimes rare items will drive up the price and you can see manipulation. For example, in SE a foil jasmine would cost a lot. Just because many use it and well dat ass. And there are merchanters that will hoard this stuff.
    Game B auction has pretty much became a trading alternative. I'll sell this for money I can use it not to buy another foil.

    Personally, the fact that all cards are accessible through merchant is good for players. So in essence auction will be purely foils and for luxury. I just think SCs for auction will help Wulven in terms of in app purchases. Obviously, if you sell foil jasmine for let's say 10k sc, Wulven can tax the profits and technically they make money. I just see this concept in maplestory where they use NX cash for auction and it seemed to work well.

    Something that decreases the wait time for high ranking players (or when everyone isn't on the same version). Could be an option each player could choose. Ie. "I'll play anyone regardless of rank" or the game automatically adjusts the target opponent rank brackets based on the est wait time. It's bad business to penalize your best players by making them wait longer for a game.

    A possible solution to the hoarding problem could be to enforce a rule where players cannot buy cards in the auction house which they already have a playset of.

    Maybe if we had the option to buy digital sleeves or playmats for an exorbitant amount of gold, the currency for the auction could be in crystals. I just don't like the idea of gold being useless if you already have 4x every card, and I think that the auction house would be a perfect way to change it. Let's be honest, people with millions of gold probably have access to a ton of crystals too.

    How about if the seller could choose which currency he wanted for his cards?

    As already suggested it should be easier to find foil cards, but since an automated tournament system is on the way, foils could be a prize for the winner.
    It would also make drafts and meltdowns useful for those who already have all the cards

    Definitely agree drafts and meltdown should have some benefit to those who who have all the cards

    Like the idea of both SC and gold being useful in auction house and even buying cards at merchant, I'm not a huge foil hunter (yet).

    I love the idea of un ranked playability in QM, this is the first time since I started playing that I have experienced the waiting issue , and it truly blows to wait 10 minutes for a game.

    My idea, humble and probably already done, release smaller amounts of cards faster , lets say 5 cards every 3 months or so. But release them with the understanding that any card may be changed or nerfed entirely if it is found to completely unbalance the game. ( This should only happen w the original release as the PFG can be focusing on the next release and stop any truly bad cards ) If the cards are nerfed, they become unplayable , but the owners could still keep the cards as a collection, kinda like having a misprinted dollar or a upside down stamp. ( maybe the last bit is stupid)

    Make ingame button "+60 sec" for time count down which we can use once per game. New synergies in SF are sometimes more complicated than ever and with more cards in whole game, this will help a lot especially to new players.
    I am not new here, but I also appreciated to use this button sometimes...

    Someone meintoned pause option if both agree... good for WC, phonecalls... when anyone hit unpause, game will be continued ?

    Is the timer really an issue? I really can't remember the last time that I had an issue due to the timer. If additional time must be added, I think we can just have a simple delay timer (say, a 1 minute delay and maybe a 1 minute initial time).

    P.S.: The topic on timer might do better if it was a separate thread so that we won't have double discussion here.
