Exclamation Just found people cheating in the game

So I just entered a game as an observer, however I found these two players cheating in the game. one was using hunter another was mage, somehow they drew whatever cards they wanted. I screen shot 3 pics as evidence.

I knew this game is pretty buggy and uneven but didn't realize to this extent.

Yeah, that's a meltdown game. Relax, and as always, if you suspect someone of cheating, rather than post on the forum, email support@shadowera.com with the suspected accounts IGN and any other relevant details you can provide.

    Damn it, pyro.

So relieved to hear it wasn't cheating. I didn't know much because I don't play that much.
How do we start a meltdown game? what does it mean by meltdown?
    Many thanks guys

Go to the menu, click challenge, and click the create game button. Where it says game type Normal, click on normal, and change it to meltdown. In meltdown you are given 4 packs, which you can split between CotC and DP, and from these packs you must build a deck with no class restrictions (I.E. Warriors can use fireball, mages can use Crippling blow) It's really fun, and you can earn gold/foils if you do well.

It's the same as regular play, with no class restrictions. If you play a bunch of games, and win most, you'll place in the higher tiers, you earn gold, and if you place high enough, foil cards. Pretty simple, really.

EDIT: There's a 200 gold buy in per game.

Oh, by the way, when you play meltdown format, you do NOT get to keep the packs of cards. But if you do well, you are given a free foil, which you can keep.
