While I think it would be a good card for any deck that relies on certain cards x 4 (that you don't want buried at the bottom of your deck) It could combo well for Hunters with Battle Plans.

Perhaps better at 1cc?

I don't know who would want a card with pure cantrip effect only. With Battle Plans we have epic, suggested by Caitlyn, combo involving Campfire Stories.

Granted, this card gives no card advantage it perhaps will be considered a waste of slot.

Wording should be "Draw bottom card from bottom of your deck." since when you've played a card, then "exchange" can be considered that you may instantly put a bottom card of the deck in play without casting cost, and draw pile called deck, pile usually means discard pile.

Bottom line: card should have additional effect for it to be useful.

Maybe just make a mulligan substitute card:

Aw, Crap!

2cc neutral ability

Shuffle your hand in your deck, draw equal amount of cards.

OR

Discard your hand, draw equal amount of cards.
