    I sent an e-mail, should the fix be automatic or should I expect a reply?

    I can dig out my reciept but I think it's not needed because I purchased the crystals 2 days ago. I only want everything to get back as I left it last time. I also purchased a pack today and updated my decks and probably bought (with gold) a card or two so I"m not sure if this is going to complicate things or not.

    hope this gets resolved soon, started playing last night and bought some shadow crystals, played and won challenges and got myself to level 7. Logged in earlier and everything was gone, panicked a bit then went to the forums and saw the rollback notice.

    here's hoping we get our purchased shadow crystals back and if possible the rares and epics we've gotten.

    So the 200 crystal is the only compensation? i brought lots of cards yesterday and today all is gone. So will it be returned or i have to buy it again? but i dont have enough crystals and gold to buy back those cards. Please help.

    Just email support (see Kyle's opening post), be patient, and everything will be fixed soon. It looked like people's support emails are being steadily addressed as the day goes on. We all want this server crisis to go over smoothly, it's just going to take a little time and a little elbow grease from the guys behind the game.

    As long as you did not spend real money during the 12 hours lost, you should not really have lost anything as you should get both your crystals and gold back to what they were before. You would simply need to buy the cards again.

    You know, I just don't like the idea that we HAVE to contact support to get our cards/gold/deck/crystals back. Now I am browsing my collection I am discovering that I've lost a lot of cards I'm shocked that I have only 2 of a common cards when I KNOW I sold 2 of them which was an EXCESS of four. Means I had 6+ now I have 2.

    Can we get our cards fixed, I can't play like this. I"m not buying more cards that I already owned and I can't play because I"m missing key cards.

    I sent an email last night and will see how things go. I did not provide a detailed list of cards as I assume they have logs for that. If not hopefully they will let me know.

    I think i lost experience, is that able to get back coz l spend whole afternoon yesterday, and finally reach level 10, but this morning when i open my status it shows level 9 with experience 2000/4900, i think my ranking dropped as well, and i don't know if i miss any cards or not, i spend $20 to buy those cards, hope not, btw there were twice when i buy the packs but i didn't get any cards, good thing is today i get 200 shadow crystals back, thanks, hope you can fix my experience loss.
