i personally like bad santa more it's easier to time it ex. using it when your opponent is already sitting on full/6 cards then he doesn't benefit anything unlike bazaar do

Bazaarcould be worth playing in any deck example you have many high cost allies then maybe it is worth playing because you need to trade for resoures
