Question Another Wulven Build, trying to get a decent deck out. Please give feedback

So I would like to have both a playable Wulven and Mage deck, but getting the necessary cards for a Wulven seemed faster so I started there. Link to the deck is below, though maybe redundant as I give discussion after:

    http://shadowera.gondorian.com/deck/....4se111.4se151

Since 1.28 requires decks to be 40 cards or more, I adapted the six goal rule to 7 and planned accordingly. Base strategy is to stall for the necessary time to get out a bunch of allies and the use power boosts to deal damage:

    Hero: Moonstalker

    1. Card draw:
    Bazaar x4

    2. Easy play fighters:
    Pack Wolf x4
    Bad Wolf x4

    3. Heavy Hitters:
    Beladona x4
    Plasma Behemoth x2

    4. Attack Charge:
    Pack Alpha x4
    Full Moon x4

    5. Enemy Ally Control:
    Now You're Mine x4
    Captured Prey x4

    6. Game Delay:
    Rain Delay x4

    7. Item Control:
    Shriek x4

    Total: 43 cards

Maybe reduce the number of cards for purposes 4 and 5 and add Bad Santa? Also curious as to thoughts on a "What Big Teeth" and "Speed Strike" Combo as well as thoughts on "Rabid Bite" and "Extra Sharp". Thanks a bunch!

WBT is more of a Darkclaw thing... I would cut out Pack Alpha completely, it costs too much and requires that you already have a specific ally on board.

I'll admit that I don't play a lot of shadow, so if someone cares to step in here and go through the rest that'd be great, but my first thought:

    -4 Pack Alpha
    -2 Belladonna

    +1 Plasma Behemoth
    +2 Bad Santa

And that'll bring you down to 40.

    Quick thoughts from my iPhone:
    -4 Pack Alpha
    -4 Belladonna
    -4 Bad Wolf
    +2 Behemoth
    +2 Shadow Knight
    +3 Keldor
    +2 Thaddeus

    -> 40c

Behemoth + Thaddeus can snipe through the rain
SK is a more durable version of BD, can chain SK back to your hand or revive key creatures like Behemoth
Keldor can kill almost any cost 3 creature
PA too specialised and cost 2 or 3 creatures still easy to remove (Retreat, NYM, Crippling Blow...)

€: Actually going to playtest a variation of my Wrath of the Wulven to try and bring back Pack Wolf (awesome artwork and great self buffing creature), which will look similar to your deck with the propsed changes but without additional stall (not a big fan of stalling around): http://shadowera.gondorian.com/deck/....3se042.4se112

In all honesty you should drop Full Moon for Bloodlust.

I think you should also take out Rain Delay for Shadow Font.

    +1 for the goals set
Rain delay can be removed, MS ability cannot
You don't plan to utilize FM defensive effect, so decreased res curve is a clear +

Why no acid jet but 4 shrieks? What if they play ss or kp?
Another curious question, when is the most proper time to play bazaar?
    Thx!

Acid Jets only work vs armour and weapons. I find it generally more important to be able to remove things like Evil Ascendant or any cost 4 armour or weapon than to reduce the durability of a weapon or armor by 3.
Snow Sapphire or King's Pride I work around mostly. If there are no creatures to be buffed (4 NYM, 4 Caputred Prey, 3 Full Moon, 4 Behemoth mit 4 dmg ping, 2 JD for 1 dmg ping...), King's Pride is pretty useless. Snow Sapphire I either snipe through with Behemoth and Thaddeus or run creatures without special abilities in it until the durability runs out, supported by attacks with JD.

Depends. Normally you want to play it asap, so turn 2 if possible, but if you have a pretty good hand vs your current opponent and he doesn't play card draw that only works for him (e.g. Blood Frenzy), it can be better to hold off on playing Bazaar because additional cards could give your opponent the edge he needed.

Thanks a ton on the feedback. Definitely like the Bloodlust/Shadow Font suggestion, and I like the idea of having some heavier hitters. Though I'm wondering if I shouldn't try something other than Thaddeus if I'm going to be removing Rain Delay in favor of Shadow Font. Any suggestions?

A few Thaddeus are never bad. Entry ping damage helps killing of creatures and his normal ping of 2 helps softening targets up to be killed by another ally. Keldor would be a good choice as well, being able to deal 4 dmg, killing almost any cost 3 creature with one hit (but gargoyle).
