Target friendly ally and target opposing ally with equal or less cost is swapped with their current stats remain the same and their attachment is destroyed

Card idea I got when I saw Zaladar playing Reactorary and Falseblood Cultist with it's low stats. It might be fun if Elemental had ability to exchange their low stats ally with the opposing ally, it fits with their theme too. Just imagine exchange your 2/3 Cultist with 2/6 Murderous Hulk or 3/2 Reactorary with 3/4 Jasmine. Only ally that has "Steadfast" will be immune to this ability. To make them not become too OP their Attachment will be destroyed when they are exchanged, so no stealing opponent Legend Rise
