Video reports of Sync Errors, v1.24

Preface
This thread is for proactive players wanting to submit video reports of sync errors so that the rate of sync errors can be reduced to non-existance. After you play a certain amount of games, even the devs can no longer access your report--because the server only saves your last 3 at the moment.

Please note, this thread is for sync error video reports only. If you have any comments, please PM myself or the posters in this thread. Or create another thread for comments.

Template Explanation
Video
SD | HD Standard Definition and High Definition links. If your video is 360p or lower, only having SD is fine.
Duration: The duration of your video.

Sync Error
Time: Note the time when the sync error message popped up in the video. If this time is different from when it occured while you were actually playing, note this as well.
Cards: Mention the cards played during the video.

Afterthoughts
While using the template is preferred, just posting a link to the video is fine. You can't post in this thread without submitting a report as well but you're free to include any comments with it. I may create another thread on how to install and use a screen recording program to capture your replays but that depends on how lazy I am.
