Why the hell does this keep happening? There shouldn't be any time zone problems. 02:00 GMT September 28. The fact that it's Sep 27 in the US is mentioned in the title. A GMT converter is provided in the OP. What more can I do? Seriously, is there any reasonable action I can take to help people more than I already do?
