Well, I really don't think that's necessary - involving a TO in inter-player communication! Opponents exchange heroes they want to ban for their respective opponents and proceed with their games. Next round they make new choices regarding their 3 heroes, so I don't really see why spam my PM-box!

If possible, we can set a deadline for players submitting ban choices in the beginning of each round. Then the TO would be free and players go scheduling with their own opponents.
It's already in the rules!

If your guild has officially confirmed its participation, the next step is to transfer 1000 SC to the prize pool (request a transfer to the account TJ Jazz) & let me know who is responsible for it (i.e. who will be receiving the guild prize, if any), PM the list of players that will represent your guild in the tournament to me & their heroes!
BTW, it would be nice, if all contacts (except hero choices each round) were to take place between me & the assigned guild's representative to make it both efficient & expeditious!
