Rules
1. Hero/deck lock throughout the entire tournament.
2. BO3 each match, random start on game 1 and 3, alternate on game 2
3. Draw or sync errors must be replayed with the same starting player.
4. If a player is disconnected during the game the victory goes to the other player unless both players agree to replay or a player concedes.
5. Match results must be reported in #tournament on the IRC
6. All players must be #tournament 10 minutes before the tournament begins
7. If there are players who get a BYE, they need to PM the host their hero choice before round one starts
8. Mill/stall decks are banned
9. Cleric's Mantle is banned
10. Shattered Fates is allowed
