KickStart Rewards: When will we get them?

I'm just wondering, is all. I don't have a need for them right this second but it'll be nice to know when I'll get them. KickStarter says we'll get Crystals as soon as the project is successfully funded. I got my credit card charged and I still haven't gotten the extra Crystals.

How would Shadow Era know which account to reward the crystals too when Kickstarter has no info on our shadow era accounts? I signed up with the same email for both kickstarter and shadow era, so that might help, but how about for people who have not?

Shortly we will be getting emails to fill out a survey that will provide them with your info for accounts to credit and etc. something like that.

This has been answered numerous times on numerous threads. They will email you a survey asking for all the necessary info to give you your rewards.

The email that you use with paypal shouldn't matter. If they are sending a survey out to see which account you want the rewards sent to, it shouldn't matter which email you used through paypal, correct?

Yes I got email from Paypal with this subject: Receipt for Your Payment to Wulven Games
But there is no invitation or link about survey inside that mail.
What I expect is:
1. Wulven check its paypal account (sales@wulven.com), oh I got payment from xxx@google.com nice
2. Wulven send email to xxx@google.com: dear xxx, thanks for the yy$ pledge u have made. Pls reply us with ur IGN and account ID so we know what account we would send the reward.

Did you ever think sometimes people may not have the time to search for the answers? So they just make a quick post and get off.. I can't stand when people get all bent out of shape because something is repeated on forums. This happens often, and there is no need to get upset over it.

Well if I create a thread everytime I have a question the whole forum will be cluttered. It is my pet peeve when people post to ask a question that is already asked many times before. Use SEARCH FEATURE. It is there for a reason. Also, if you are backing you read the whole info so you read the page from top to bottom and so as how to get my rewards. Sure he has time to make a thread but no time to type Kickstarter Rewards and click Search? Seriously?! And what upsets me further is that the original poster typed

It just shows he didn't even bother to look. It's understandable if he couldn't find the answer but we already answered his question prior to the quote above.he didn't have to post the quote above.
