Shadow Era Unleash is now live; a ladder/tournament site based on the TCG game Shadow Era. SEU will be hosting season-based ladders for singles and guild matches that will reset every two months. There would also be frequent tournaments as the season progresses.
The focus is not only to create a competitive environment but also generating other communities and allow Shadow Era to expand and build up more presence online.
SEU provides users with many tools in order to compete against each other.
Season Ladders:
As of now Singles and Guild Wars ladder season is open for pre-registration but not available for challenges until 1.5 hits live servers.
Singles
Single-based matches. Users will be able to compete in a single-based ladder and show their true skill. In order to play a match you must first establish a challenge by asking another member using several methods that will be mention later on. After both players confirm their match; both players may use the chat system to coordinate. At the end of the match both players must confirm the result. The points that you earn from a match depends on the player's position at the time of the schedule challenge. Ladder season-based usually last no more than two months. Towards the end of the season the top 16 players will face off into a playoff for a chance to win the following prizes:
1st Place: 3,500
2nd Place: 2,500
3rd Place: 1,500

Guild Wars
Team-based matches. Users will be able to create their own team and compete against other guilds for the top spot. In order to play a team-based match you must first establish a challenge with another guild using several methods that will be mention later on. After both teams confirm their match; you may use the chat system to coordinate. At the end of the match both teams must confirm the result. The points that you earn from a match depends on the guild's position at the time of the schedule challenge. Ladder season-based usually last no more than two months. Towards the end of the season the top 8 guilds will face off into a playoff for a chance to win the following prizes (reward will be given to the guild leader to be fairly split among participants based on activity/performance):
1st Place: 8,000
2nd Place: 4,000
3rd Place: 2,000

Tournaments
SEU will have frequent tournaments with our first "Grand Launch Tournament" already announce. You may visit SEU official forum for more information.
Guild System
Upon creating your team for the Guild Wars ladder season, you may manage your team to invite and promote users.
To do this, go to your team profile and click on "Edit Info". From there you may invite, remove, promote and regulate users. You may also customize your team.
Ticket System
Users may settle any dispute they might encounter during a match using the ticket system. Do allow up to three days depending on the gravity of the situation.
Staff
SEU will always be seeking candidates to join our staff. Although we may be very picky for the convenience of everyone; as of now we are looking for:
News Manager: In charge of updating site news with Shadow Era related information/SEU upcoming events and narration/story-type of tournaments/play-offs as they progress.
Referee: Enforcer of rules and manage ticket questions from SEU members. Ability to over-ride challenges and resolve minor disputes.
Head Referee: Enforcer of rules and manage ticket questions from SEU members. Ability to to supervise referee actions and resolve general disputes.
Admin: General administrative duties. Ability to manage members, teams, challenges, and general disputes.
If any of the above positions seem intriguing enough, you may apply at any time.
Warlight
Warlight is used can be used if your actively seeking for a match. There are two methods you may use to turn it on/off:
The shorts way is to click on "My Portal" > Select Team under "My Teams" > and under "Warlight" click the icon.
The alternative way is to click on "My Profile" > Select Team under "My Teams" >"Edit Info" > "Edit Team And Warlight".
The duration of Warlight will only last for two hours. Your Warlight also automatically turns on upon accepting a challenge.
You may view which teams have their Warlight on by viewing the ladder season team list (Ladders > Select Ladder).
Forum/Chat System
We do have our own forum and chat-room which may be used for seeking for matches and a way of communication for tournaments.
Both are link to the main site database meaning your login formation for the main site are the same for the forum and chat-room.
We ask that all participants conduct themselves like mature and respectful adults. The main focus of SEU ( Shadow Era Unleash ) is to provide Shadow Era players from all over the world with a place where they can play in a competitive environment and enjoy themselves. We do not tolerate player abuse, racial profiling, insults and cheating, always play fair and treat others like you want to be treated.
