Going First... How big of an advantage?

To me, going first seems to provide at least a significant advantage. There are many instances where, if I or my opponent had gone first, the other would have won. This seems to be games where both of us play speed decks and thus the pace of the game is very much expiated, and the allies assemble quickly. I'm not suggesting any ways to "fix" this or to complain. I just want to know if anyone else really feels this way.

Going first in an advantage, how big advantage? If you cut the opponents health down to 20-22 just becouse you go first, oh yeah, its FUKIN HUGE ADVANTAGE
