Hi,

Sorry to come back on this topic but the Super Rewards system is really disappointing.

Now I'm getting used to the system and it really doesn't work properly: only one out of 4 offers that I do is correctly reported, meaning that 75% of the time I don't receive my Shadow Crystals.
Then I need to write an email to explain that my offers are having a bug and I get a reply asking me to report each bug one by one! I'm sorry but at some point its really annoying to report all those bugs!

Also the facebook app never works for me, all the surveys links give me a blank page....

It would be great if I could get a bit of help on this...i still have some completed apps (sometimes its just installing a game on facebook so quite easy...) for which I never received my SC.

Why can't I change my email while logging in members area? What if it's different from my facebooks?

What exactly happens when you're trying to change your email?

Regarding the email being different from your FB account's, that's fine. Your Shadow Era forum account is separate from your Shadow Era game account and both can be separate from your FB account as well.
