I liked it. I would have certainly given the game a look if I had come across the review.
I don't think you mentioned the physical cards though, or did I miss that part?
You didn't really mention the good and the bad stuff outside the thumb up/thumb down section. You did write about the in-depth strategy but you didn't mention (as far as I'm aware, at least) the sluggish updates, or the interface which I think is a major downside.

Good initiative. IMO the biggest thing about SE though (that you mentioned but not in the summary) is that it is completely free to play. A lot of the other I games I've tried are only free if you want to never play at the higher competition levels or pay a ton of cash to do so to get brokenly good legendary cards.
The game definitely needs more promoting though regardless the place. Wulven are also ignoring one of the largest online gaming communities (China) by not including it on the Chinese equivalent of googleplay meaning unless referred by some website, no-one there will ever find or hear of the game. I mentioned this years ago to Wulven, but they still haven't added it it seems.
And Wulven really do need to do updates more regularly. Even just a few cards to keep things interesting.

Rating is a little biased imo. I would have went with a high 6 or low 7 due to embarrassing support, yearly/bi yearly updates and horrible ui.
