Reports a player for an internet crime.

I have not been able to find an option allowing me to report a player, (redRev1001) who has been egging someone into committing suicide. This is a crime and is accessory to murder if the child does as he is being pushed, the individual being harassed is 10 years old. If this child commits suicide , then actions should be taken against the player Redrev1001 for his cyber bullying and intentional egging a child to commit suicide,

Personally I feel he should be banned from the game.
