Logged in last week, and all my game progress was lost. I went from seeing several guys to fight on my screen for 35 gold to 1 for 10 gold. I notified support twice, but all I got was a blank email with an attachment that my work computer cannot open. Does anyone know which program I need to open it? Can support convert whatever that attachment was to a readable file in another format?

Enjoy the game a great deal, but disappointing to lose several purchased leaders, decks, and card packs. I'm sure support is busy, but a blank return email with an unreadable attachment is not support.

I will probably give the game one more shot because it is fun, but if I have to restart again in a couple of months, I will direct any future purchases I make into another game.
