At least on my web browser (Google Chrome) there are little buttons on the side of the individual forum sections (gameplay, physical cards, etc.) to collapse the section. You click them and they refresh the page and do nothing.

Those are not collapse those are go to the top buttons.
When I hold my mouse over it it says:
"Collapse This Category"
Is it just me, or is this misleading for a "return to the top" button?
