I would prefer mulligan as a game mechanic as opposed to a card. Say you have 3 mulligans and can spent them for one resource.

Having it as a card means that it would clog the decks and this card looks like it's going to be auto-include in a lot of cases and will be played more than Bad Santa.

So all in all 3-4 of this card in almost every deck means that there 3-4 less spaces for a different card meaning less variety in decks. Considering that everyone tends to have 40 card deck, that 10% of the deck eaten up by the gaming mechanic that should've been in the game in the first place.

I would much prefer the WoW TCG style of mulligan: One mulligan at the start of the game. Shuffle your hand to the deck and draw an equal amount of cards and that's it.

I like the card for simple fact that it shuffles the deck. I hated the idea of knowing that there could be a key card just sitting at the bottom of the deck, never to be retrieved.

"well if its a key card you should have four of them anyways."

Yeah I know, but still! I come from Yu-Gi-OH!, so I like being able to shuffle my deck, okay!? Geez..

I like more Carte type of mulligan: limited amount of them and you suffer minor penalty (in Carte's case it's 1 health hero loss).

I think you guys are looking at this card the wrong way. Yes it can be used as a T1 Mulligan but it can be used for much more than that, to prove my point DnD (MistahBoweh) has actually done a good job of explaining some creative uses for the card (on his own blog, linked earlier in the thread). It may be able to be used as a Mulligan but that doesn't make it one and I don't think its fair to treat it as if that's the only thing the card can do. As for rather or not this game should have Mulligan is something I'm still thinking on and is unrelated to the card.

I think the card is great, you can basically refresh your hand should you need it. Be it on T1 or T6 to find a crucial card such as Mind Control, Tidal Wave, Raven (in lance especially), ect.

I generally dislike the conserved state of SE when there is no changes could be made neither for game rules nor balancing tweaks of cards.

Because renewed old content is easy to make and it keeps the game fresh and fruity.

Personally, I kind of agree with you on the balancing part. Thought it was great for the digital format to change it when necessary, but oh well.

However, I don't think the rules are set in stone though. If Mulligan is something to add to the game, I'm sure there will be new rules for it. The same would go for if a new card type was introduced (Such as a Field Card or something).
