Refund / Partial Refund.

That's it I am sick of waiting.
I need either solid commitment on a shipping date or a tracking number.
I have been waiting and waiting for the rest of my order to ship! I have paid real dollars to get fictitious or imaginary items!
It has been monthS since we have been waiting for the rest off my purchase to ship! Delay after delay I still have need seen the Shadow of my bonuses!
Those items are part of my purchase with wulven! They are not freebies, as I wouldn't have purchase the cards with the bonuses were not present.
We are now at a crossroad, what do we do from here?
Do we get a refund? A partial refund? Or do we need to escalate this with our Credit Cards?

yeah Bonus really delay.
should be some official update may be once per 2 weeks

Yes. Cards arrived, bonus no show.
What's more upsetting is that I contacted support@wulven.com about it and this is the reply I got:

-Bonus will ship once manufacturing is all complete.
-ETA has been given to Wulven, but not made public to us yet.
-"since it's free, you will get them when you'll get them".

No matter how I look at it, the bonus AREN'T A FREE HANDOUT!
I agreed to PAY x sum of money to xyz items.
The xyz, regardless of what they are, are part of my PURCHASE.
I didn't send out a email, and in return will receive some free goods, I exchange MONEY to obtain certain goods.
The whole idea of crow funding is that we front the money ahead of time so Wulven can produce, sell and profit.
Now the whole time I am waiting to receive my complete order, I no longer have access to the sum of money that I put upfront!

I mean this IS REDICULOUS! I understand delay, I understand complications I even understand "having a baby"
What I don't understand:

- No commitment from Wulven, even tho we are te backers, we made this possible.
- No updates from Wulven, very unprofessional, we paid didn't we?
- Time frame... The wait is getting a bit rediculous!

Even though bonus may appear to be not free de facto but it's free de jure. It is a gift and not a part of a purchase. Otherwise it wouldn't be called "bonus", right?

Ofc we all are waiting eagerly for the bonuses. But they aren't ready for shipment yet. So we have to be patient a little bit longer. Or do you think building up pressure is helping in any way?

Yeah, they are freebies. Wulven never said when they would get there. When they are done, you'll get them. You will not get a refund for these bonus items, its just not going to happen.

They are not free. They are part of the deal.

i'll sell my common Firesnake for 1 $
But because I like you all
i will give all my complete set + Premium + Exclusive as a bonus

You will get Firesnake first
but Bonus will be delay
may be about 100 years. don't complain cuz it is bonus it's free.

That's the smart marketing!

Bonus is indeed free, even though it's part of the deal. But you buy FS only and bonus is just a gift from the company that intended to raise the sells of a commodity. Technically you aren't entitled to it because you paid only for FS and bonus is just a seller's good will, it's your problem if you purchased FS only because of the bonus.

So if a product has "bonus: extra 20 grams included!" and you go home and weigh it only to find that there was in fact no 20% bonus, you aren't entitled to get your money back?

Sorry man but your argument is just silly :P

Of course they are entitled to the bonus, in many cases bonuses are what draw people in to spend money on that product over another. It's the company's way of saying "instead of just giving you x for y dollars, we will give you x and z for y dollars".
