Flavor: "Still able to fight?"
In a way, this is similar to the Wulven weapon 'What Big Teeth', except:
- it cannot be used in attack
- it deals damage before the attacker does (effectively makes the Hero invulnerable to unbuffed 1 toughness allies)
- it cannot be destroyed as an item (because it's hidden)
- the Hero can also use a weapon item to deal separate after-attack damage
Name: Snipe game

Obs2.: Maybe only 1 damage?
Name: Distraction
Casting Cost: 2
Effect: Target Friendly Ally. If an enemy ally or hero attack they must attack the friendly ally attached with card. [Note: If another of these is played on your side of the field the old one is destroyed.]
Flavor Text: "Now that I have your attention."
Name: Precision
Casting Cost: 4

Flavor Text: "They never even saw it coming"
Name: Dirty Dueling
Casting Cost: 1
Effect: When your hero attacks an opposing hero, destroy one durability on the opposing hero's weapon (before damage is dealt).
Flavor Text: "It may not be honorable, but neither is losing."
The idea's supposed to be that if the Rogue gets a jump on his opponent in a duel, there's a chance the opponent may not have a chance to strike back. And a good way to get the jump on them is to invite them to a moonlit swordfight and then throw a knife in their face, like the guy in the picture's doing. =P
A cost of 1 may seem cheap, but A) it won't work on heroes who don't use weapons (it becomes a wasted card slot), and B) it doesn't directly destroy the weapon; just shaves a few years off its life.
Name: Deadly Throw
Casting Cost: 3
Effect: Target enemy ally takes 2 damage and cannot attack for 1 turn.
Flavor Text: "With great precision."
Name: Readied Knife
Casting Cost: 1 or 2
Effect: Ongoing: Allies attacking your hero are dealt 1 damage before combat.
Flavor Text: "Bet you weren't expecting that!"
Readied Knife would have the same restriction as Researched to diminish OPness.
Somebody said that rogue ability may be weapon.
And Somebody said rogue in human is like Wulven in shadow.
So I hope that rogue have a weapon like "What Big Teeth" in Wulven:
----------
Name: Throwing knife
Cost: 3 or 4
Type: Rogue Weapon
Ability: 1: Throwing knife does 1 damage to target opponent, and return Throwing knife to your hand. You cannot use this effect if your hero attacked in this turn.
Flavor: "How many knives do you have?"
Atk: 1
Dur: 3 or 4
i just have to say, that knife looks nothing like a butterfly knife / balisong, nor does it look like a butterfly sword. not sure if you were going for a specific type of knife, but it looks like nothing that is to my knowledge that is deemed a butterfly knife.
as for my suggestion(s).
Name: Twilight's Duel
Casting Cost: 5
Effect: Only one ally or hero can attack per turn.
Flavor Text: "Just you and me."
Name: Secret Dagger
Casting Cost: 4
Effect: Deal 2 damage to target hero. If that hero has a weapon equipped, this attack deals 5 damage instead.
Flavor Text: "Ready in a pinch."
If Rouges aren't given any weapon destroying items, this could be a way to give Rouges some kind of counter. Could also be used when you need those last few hits.
Name: Calculated Strike
Cost: 1-2
Effect: The next attack of target hero or ally deals +1 damage and cannot be defended.
Flavor Text: "Strike when least expected", is the first thing rogues are taught.
or
"A good fighter can take the hits. A great fighter avoids them."
I wanted this to be similat to Extra Sharp, but more focused on the rogue. However, I cannot decide on the cost. 1 cost would result in the same damage/cost ratio as the Extra Sharp, and since this is a class ability it should be better than the neutral card, but it seems a bit overpowered.
Name: Unreal duel / Unreal ordeal
Casting Cost: 2
Effect: A random friendly ally attacks a random enemy ally. All looser's allies are exhausted and his next draw phase won't ready them. Duelling allies are unscathed.
Flavor Text: "Victory or defeat are only the eve's night dream embodied in you."
One ally being still alive implies either player's hero is not harmed either ally survives and is sole ready the next turn. I got the idea with the unreal scenery of the two ninjas, they both look like duelling.
The card is cheap, but unpredictable. I hope one will wonder each turn whether he should discard it as a resources, or wait a little to eliminate too powerful enemy allies and let his minor ones die, or risk it ow nonetheless.
In my mind, rogue player has to be less straightforward than warrior hero, and not tactcial the same way mage and priest are. As rogues look like ninja, i figure out they were expert of the night, hence my obsession on ready/exhausted. Besides, an ability to ready cards could offset exhausting ones and vice versa, making it even more interesting and very rogue specific…
Name: Lethal Hit
Cost: 3 or 4
Effect: Destroy Target ally with cost 4 or more.
Flavor Text: "Sometimes death is the last thing a winning opponent would expect!"
- I picture his small knife against the opponent's scary swords... the guy is definitely an underdog, with a suprise that is :)
- Given Rogue's mischeavous nature, they have got to have arsenal to frustrate bigger opponents. Reminds me of the "Reprisal" card in MTG.
Name: Deadly Throw
Casting cost:4
Effect: ongoing: your hero gains +1 attack when throwing a dagger
Flavor: precision is key
Just an idea, all rogue weapons can be thrown, dealing damage and a special effect but costing shadow energy and durability. This card is used on heroes (sort of like duel wield or rapid fire) to increase throwing damage ( but not normal attack)
http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/3821/hiddenknife.jpg
Name: Hidden Knife
Casting Cost: 2
Effect: 3: Target ally receives 1 damage. If the ally was destroyed through Hidden Knife, draw a card.
Flavor Text: "Excuse me, but you've got a knife stuck in your back!"
A simple ally-finisher to draw a card. That's the whole idea about Hidden Knife; minor damage, but getting an extra card for killing.
So just to be clear: You attack someone and the attacked ally only has 1 HP left now. You cast the effect of Hidden Knife and draw a card. Also nice 1/1 killer (Sparks)!
I think its costs are fair, but if you want to lower them, do your magic! ;)
Name: Throw Weapon
Casting Cost: 3
Effect: 1 resource - Your hero gains +1 attack and his/her attack cannot be defended until end of turn. Destroy any weapon used to attack with.
Flavor Text: "I have no use for this anymore. You can have it."
Name: Preparation

Effect: Ongoing: Whenever target hero is attacked, they deal 1 damage to their attacker before taking damage. This attack is separate from defending.
Name: Throwing Knives
Type: Rogue Item
Casting Cost: 3

Flavor Text: Never bring a sword to a knife fight.
Name: Throwing knife
Type: Rogue ability
Cost: 2
Effect: Destroy Rogue weapon used by hero and damage target equal to weapon attack
Flavor text:" Plan B"
Name: Quickdraw
Cost: 2

Flavour: There are the quick, and then there are the dead.
Name: Flying Dagger
Casting Cost: 2
Effect: Play face down. The next enemy ally to be summoned takes 2 damage.
Flavor Text: "A surprise attack from the shadows."
Name: Unfair fight
Type: Ongoing Ability
Cost: 2
Effect: Play faced down. Next friendly ally targeted by an attack from an opponent's ally gains intuition, allowing retaliations before being struck by an oncoming attack.

Throwing Knife

target ally takes 2 damage
"Hey man, nice shot!"
