PC Version 4.912 launcher not launching game

Anybody else have issues launching v4.192 on PC? Launcher downloads new version, extracts and says "Shadow Era is up to date." but when I click "Play" nothing happens. Tried full reboot/un-install/re-install of launcher but still no joy. Windows 10 Pro, AMD Ryzen 7, 32GB RAM.

The good news is the game does run by navigating to:
C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Wulven Game Studios\Shadow Era Launcher\game\v4.912\ShadowEra

and double-clicking "ShadowEra.exe". Also, Android version seems to work fine so probably this is just a launcher issue.

Just checked the log at:
C:\Users\me\AppData\LocalLow\Wulven Game Studios\Shadow Era Launcher\output_log.txt

and I see the lines:

Play! C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Wulven Game Studios\Shadow Era Launcher\game\v4.912\ShadowEra.exe

(Filename: C:\buildslave\unity\build\artifacts/generated/common/runtime/DebugBindings.gen.cpp Line: 51)

Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified.

The game .exe is actually one directory down (in a folder called "ShadowEra"), so the launcher is apparently not pointing to the right spot.
