Important notice.
For the monthly contests, if you want to concede a game you are losing, use the concede button. I know it sounds like common sense, but some players are exiting the game instead of conceding. This results in a circumvention of the endame function that counts your qualifying wins and losses.
When you do this, you might think that it gives you an advantage, and it will look like that on the scoreboard. However, at the end of the contest we will check your game starts against your game finishes and if there is a discrepancy, we will be forced to calculate your losses by subtracting your qualifying wins from your games started. All of your starts are recorded. There is no way for a player to avoid this. Which means, your resulting score will be significantly below what it should be if we have to calculate your losses this way. Games with a "too short" result, games lost with a non-qualifying deck (which would not usually count in the contest), and draws will all be counted when we use this method to calculate your losses.
So, do yourself a favor, and use the concede button if you want to end a game early that you are losing.
