The concept is simply - play sticky allies and buff them.

Infernal Gargoyle and Armored Packbeast absorbs all the ping damages from Agnar and gives a lot of pressure to them.

Twisted Familiar deals 2 damages whenever Agnar/other Ravager allies enter play. So keeping 2 of them on board means an instant kill to Agnar on summon.
