BUG FIXES

Multiplayer timer was not increasing when you played cards
Non-foil cards with foiled card sleeves could cause graphical glitches
Fixed several issues related to multiplayer timer expiring
Vess ability didn't reduce cost of casting Despair attachment
Victor's Quiver used on ally with shroud was in wrong state next time
AI would attack multiple times a turn with a weapon
AI wouldn't use certain card abilities such as Tome of Knowledge

Note: a critical bug was discovered with ending turns, it has been replaced by v4.19
