    Previous purchases did not transfer

    Hello,

    I am a returning player. I used to play on my Mac laptop and recently discovered the iOS app and decided to start playing again. However, when I logged in all the previous heroes, boosters, and individual cards I had purchased were not in my account and all my in-game progress reset. I don’t really mind replaying the missions over again but I am really upset about my lost cards because I put so much time into getting them.

    Hi, are you sure you used the correct login mail and password? I've never heard of an account resetting by itself, aside from the nickname.
